CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va., July 8 -- The University of Virginia issued the following news release:
Kelsie Chaudoin, a recent UVa graduate and former All-American rower, and Helen Tompkins, a rising junior in the Cavalier rowing program, have been named to the Under 23 World Championships roster, USRowing announced Monday. Chaudoin will be part of the women's eight crew and Tompkins will row in the women's single sculls representing the United States at the 2008 FISA World Rowing Under . . .
