INDIANA, Pa., June 11 -- Indiana University of Pennsylvania issued the following news release:
After a successful three-year stint at Anderson University, Jeff Dow has been named the head coach of the IUP women's basketball program.
Dow succeeds Cindy Martin, who left IUP in April to become the head coach at Youngstown State. He inherits a program that returns all five starters from a team that set a school record with 27 victories, won its second consecutive Pennsy . . .
