CALIFORNIA, Pa., Jan. 18 -- California University of Pennsylvania issued the following news release:
California University's new director of veterans affairs is not only quite familiar with the department he oversees, but Robert L. Prah, Jr. '06 is also an exemplary role model to the veteran students he helps.
Commissioned as a second lieutenant in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard on May 12, 2006, Prah received his bachelor's degree from Cal U in criminal justic . . .
