CALIFORNIA, Pa., Jan. 31 -- California University of Pennsylvania issued the following news release:
Under the leadership of Post Commander Walter Stelma and Cal U emeritus professor Dr. Richard Nemec '65, the Charleroi American Legion Post 22 has created a new endowed scholarship fund which will award a scholarship in perpetuity to Charleroi Area High School students attending California University of Pennsylvania.
In less than two years of hard work, collaboration . . .
