CALIFORNIA, Pa., Feb. 11 -- California University of Pennsylvania issued the following news release:
Beginning next fall, California University of Pennsylvania will offer a new Certificate of Advanced Study in Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).
And, according to Dr. Kate Mitchem, Chair and Graduate Coordinator of the Department of Special Education, the program is significant for a number of reasons.
