WASHINGTON, Nov. 1 -- The Capital Research Center issued the following news release:

As of the end September, the Department of Labor's Office of Labor-Management Standards (OLMS) had secured 900 criminal convictions so far this decade. The OLMS's record for the last year included 120 convictions, 130 indictments, and more than $3.2 million in restitution.
