BILLINGS, Mont., Nov. 18 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's Attorney's office for Montana issued the following press release:

Bill Mercer, United States Attorney for the District of Montana, announced today that during a federal court session in Missoula, on November 17, 2009, before U.S. District Judge Donald W. Molloy, BILLIE JO CADIEUX, a 36-year-old resident of Arlee, appeared for sentencing. CADIEUX was sentenced to a term of:

* Prison: 38 months
