BILLINGS, Mont., Nov. 19 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's Attorney's office for Montana issued the following press release:
Bill Mercer, United States Attorney for the District of Montana, announced today that during a federal court session in Billings on November 19, 2008, before Senior U.S. District Judge Jack D. Shanstrom, PEDRO ORTIZ-ROMO, a 38-year-old citizen of Mexico, pled guilty to illegal reentry of a previously deported alien. Sentencing is set for February 25, 2009. . . .
