PASADENA, Calif., Nov. 22 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency issued the following press release:
The federal disaster declaration for the wildfires that began Friday, November 13, 2008, opens the door for recovery assistance for residents of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and Santa Barbara counties, according to officials from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Governor's Office of Emergency Services (OES).
