Chaplain Fred Morgan of Marian Medical Center gave the invocation.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG:
Councilmember Trujillo led the Pledge of Allegiance.
CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Lavagnino called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at 6:30 p.m.
