NEW YORK, Nov. 22 -- The office of the New York City Mayor issued the following press release:

Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg and Columbus, Ohio Mayor Michael B. Coleman today placed a friendly wager on the outcome of Sunday's Major League Soccer Cup Championship Final between the New York Red Bulls and the Columbus Crew. The match will take place at 3 p.m. ET Sunday at the Home Depot Center in Carson, California. The winner will be the 2008 MLS champion.
