CALIFORNIA, Pa., March 10 -- California University of Pennsylvania issued the following news release:
A gentleman waiting for his lady to prepare herself before going out is an inevitable but often necessary occurrence. For Cal U graduate student Michael Milchovich '01, this ritual ultimately won him a trip to the Nation's Capitol where he spent an entire day with Congressman John P. Murtha (D-12th District) and his staff.
Also a civics and history teacher at Waynes . . .
