CALIFORNIA, Pa., March 17 -- California University of Pennsylvania issued the following news release:
California University of Pennsylvania's Department of Art and Design and the Associated Artists of California University will conduct the Intercollegiate Student Art Competition from April 3 through April 23 in the Manderino Library's Gallery of Fine Art.
