CALIFORNIA, Pa., Aug. 18 -- California University of Pennsylvania issued the following news release:
The first day of classes for California University of Pennsylvania's 2008 fall semester will be on Monday, August 25. Faculty Convocation will be on Tuesday, August 26 at 11 a.m. in the Morgan Hall auditorium during the university's common hour when no classes are scheduled. There will be no classes on Monday, September 1 in observance of Labor Day.
