CALIFORNIA, Pa., Sept. 8 -- California University of Pennsylvania issued the following news release:
Cal U President Angelo Armenti, Jr. began the new academic year with an old and informative tradition by hosting the 2008 Fall Faculty Convocation.
Newly appointed Interim Provost Geraldine Jones welcomed the faculty and announced seven faculty retirements, five tenure awards, 11 promotions at various levels and 14 tenure-track faculty hires.
