CALIFORNIA, Pa., Sept. 29 -- California University of Pennsylvania issued the following news release:
California University has played a strong supporting role in efforts to recall the regional environmental disaster that prompted a nationwide push for cleaner air.
In the town of Donora, just 13 miles from the Cal U campus, events Oct. 20-26 will mark the 60th anniversary of the "Donora smog disaster."
