FRESNO, Calif., Nov. 16 -- California State University Fresno issued the following press release:

In an effort to reduce costs and improve services, the Help Desk at Fresno State is changing its hours of operation. Customers should experience less wait time for support from the Help Desk when the change takes effect.

Starting Sunday, Nov.16, the new Help Desk hours will be 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
