BAKERSFIELD, Calif., Nov. 21 -- California State University Bakersfield issued the following press release:
California State University, Bakersfield will celebrate its fifth winter commencement in two separate ceremonies on Monday, Dec. 1, in the Icardo Center on campus. Nearly 900 students are eligible to participate.
