STARKSVILLE, Miss., March 5 -- Georgia College & State University issued the following news release:
Backed by wins over the last two Division II National Championship teams an eight-game win streak, the Georgia College & State University softball team earned a No. 3 spot in the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) poll, released today (March 5).
Georgia College has beaten the preseason No's 1 and 2, taking out 2007 National Champion SIU-Edwardsvill . . .
