BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., May 12 -- The city of Beverly Hills issued the following news release:
The Beverly Hills City Council adopted the Beverly Hilton Specific Zone Plan in a 4-1 vote, providing final approval to the Beverly Hilton Revitalization Project.
As approved, the project includes a revitalized Hilton, luxury condominiums, a Waldorf=Astoria and public gardens on an 8.97 acre site at the intersection of Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevards. The development i . . .
