BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., May 22 -- The city of Beverly Hills issued the following news release:

Twenty Southern California cities* are working to address environmental and safety concerns caused by stormwater drainage at local beaches. The cities are sharing successful initiatives and promoting best practices across the region in an effort to improve water quality and enhance the beach experience for residents and tourists alike.
