ERIE, Pa., Feb. 15 -- Pennsylvania State University-Erie-Behrend College issued the following news release:
A third-year student at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, has received a prestigious Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship from the U.S. Department of State to support her studies abroad.
