ERIE, Pa., Feb. 22 -- Pennsylvania State University-Erie-Behrend College issued the following news release:
A grant from the Canadian Embassy in Washington, D.C., and the International Council for Canadian Studies will subsidize housing and excursion costs for Penn State students studying in Toronto this summer.
