STATEHOUSE, Ind., Aug. 5 -- Indiana State Sen. Vic Heinold, R-5th District, issued the following news release:
State Sen. Ed Charbonneau is expected to meet next week with leaders from other states and Canadian lawmakers to discuss energy and education.
Charbonneau (R-Valparaiso) is Indiana's only state senator tapped to participate in the Council of State Governments' 14th annual Bowhay Institute.
From Aug. 8-12, Charbonneau will join 36 other Midw . . .
