SCHOOL ENERGY CONSERVATION PLAN INCLUDES LOWER CLASSROOM TEMPERATURE

CAPE ELIZABETH, Maine, Oct. 31 -- The town of Cape Elizabeth issued the following news release:

The School Board has approved a 9-point energy conservation plan designed to check energy usage during the upcoming winter. Click here to view plan

The adopted plan closely resembles a plan circulated by School Department administrators in September, except for a possible four-day school week that Superintendent Alan Hawkins had included only as an extreme measure. " . . .
