CHICAGO, Oct. 30 -- The American Bar Association issued the following news release:
The recent economic meltdown will be a major focus during the Fall Meeting of the American Bar Association Section of Business Law at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Washington, D.C., Nov. 21-22.
The meeting, which brings together leading business lawyers from around the country, will also feature sessions on bankruptcy, nonqualified deferred compensation plans and safe harbor provisions.< . . .
