BEAUFORT, S.C., Aug. 19 -- Technical College of the Low Country issued the following news release:
Dr. Thomas C. Leitzel, the recently named new president of the Technical College of the Lowcountry, will assume his position on September 1, 2008. His first day on campus will be September 2, 2008.
