JACKSON, Miss., Oct. 29 -- The Mississippi Department of Education issued the following news release:
Have you ever wondered how much air quality, energy efficiency or the general appearance of a school district's facilities affect student performance?
Research indicates all of these can have a significant impact, from increasing attentiveness in class to replacing bad attitudes with more positive outlooks, all of which usually translate in to higher test scores.
