CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa, Oct. 28 -- Kirkwood Community College issued the following news release:
A long-time adult educator of Kirkwood Community College has earned an employee honor at the Anamosa State Penitentiary. Mary Feeney-Wilfer was selected as the ASP's Employee of the Quarter. The education director in Anamosa got kudos for her "can-do attitude, pleasant personality and willingness to resolve educational issues" with inmates at the facility.
