SILVER CITY, N.M., Sept. 26 -- Western New Mexico University issued the following news release:
While many voters remain undecided on which candidate they will choose this election year, another item on the ballot is still to be considered in the form of Bond D.
The General Obligation Bond for Education, previously listed as Bond B, has received favorable support each time it has appeared on the ballot since 1992.
