CHARLESTON, S.C., Oct. 23 -- The South Carolina Department of Education School for the Deaf and the Blind issued the following press release:
A pirate's ghost in Jane P. Hill's "Charlotte Series" books will be part of a book fair benefiting students at the SC School for the Deaf and the Blind.
Hill will read from and autograph her books at Barnes and Noble in Westwood Plaza in West Ashley on Nov. 1 from 1-3 p.m.
There will be interpretation . . .
