COLUMBIA, S.C., Oct. 31 -- The South Carolina Education Lottery issued the following news release:
The South Carolina Education Lottery (SCEL) will debut a new computer gaming system to better serve both retailers and players. For the first time in the Lottery's history, the new system will enable lottery retailers to sell lottery games twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
