INDIANAPOLIS, Ind., Oct. 6 -- Indiana State Rep. Vernon G. Smith, D-14th District, issued the following news release:
State Rep. Vernon G. Smith (D-Gary) said the rescheduled Back-to-School Jamboree will be held on Saturday, Oct. 11, at the same time and location as before: 8:30 a.m. at the Indiana University (I.U.) Northwest Campus. He added that free school supplies will be given again to the first 300 students who attend the event.
