WOODLAND PARK, Colo., Sept. 4 -- The Woodland Park City Council issued the text of its meeting minutes:
1. 6:00 P.M. - CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL: Mayor Randolph called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. Morse called the roll with the following members of Council present; Mayor Randolph, Betty Clark-Wine, Jon DeVaux, Terry Harrison, George Parkhurst and Eric Smith.
