GALESBURG, Ill., Sept. 10 -- Carl Sandburg College issued the following news release:
Carl Sandburg College's Literacy Coalition recently received a $1,000 increase in an adult volunteer literacy grant from the Illinois Secretary of State Literacy Office. The increase makes the grant received come to a total of $56,000 for the 2008-2009 academic year.
