GLENVILLE, W.Va., Dec. 3 -- Glenville State College issued the following news release:

West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission Chancellor Brian Nolan (right) presents a ten-thousand dollar check to Glenville State College President Dr. Peter Barr for the GSC Hidden Promise Scholars, which encourages high school seniors to attend college.
