FINDLAY, Ohio, Aug. 14 --University of Findlay issued the following news release:
The University of Findlay recently announced the endowment of the Barbara Rieck Heminger Scholarship, made possible by the generosity of Mr. and Mrs. William E. Ruse, as part of the University's 125th anniversary celebration.
The scholarship was established to perpetuate Barbara's legacy and memory and the joy and happiness she brought to many people. Because of Barbara's love for tea . . .
