LOUISVILLE, Ky., Oct. 7 -- University of Louisville issued the following news release:
Some 300 people are already on a waiting list for Louisville Scholar House, a one-half-block residential complex just west of the University of Louisville's Belknap Campus that offers affordable housing, education and child care for unemployed single-parent families.
A grand opening ceremony took place Oct. 7 for the $15.7 million project, which is a joint effort of Family Scholar . . .
