MACOMB, Ill., May 1 -- Western Illinois University issued the following news release:
A retirement reception for Barbara Baily, associate provost and director of graduate studies at Western Illinois University, will be held from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Friday, May 16 at the WIU Alumni House. Baily will retire from WIU Aug. 1 after 22 years of service.
Baily came to WIU in 1986 as the assistant to the dean of graduate studies (1986-1989) and assistant to the dean of graduate . . .
