MACOMB, Ill., Oct. 13 -- Western Illinois University issued the following news release:
In August, the first three students in Western Illinois University's educational leadership doctorate degree program successfully defended their final dissertations. This month, three more students will defend their final doctoral dissertation. The students who successfully defend will graduate Dec. 20, marking the first Ed.D. degrees awarded at Western.
