MACOMB, Ill., Feb. 13 -- Western Illinois University issued the following news release:

As part of the Illinois State Board of Education's (ISBE) "Grow Your Own" (GYO) program, Western Illinois University will provide 20 laptop computers to college students enrolled at WIU-Quad Cities and Black Hawk College (BHC) statewide teacher education program.
