FLORENCE, Ala., Feb. 4 -- University of North Alabama issued the following news release:
Allison Saint, of Falkville, Ala., was crowned Miss University of North Alabama 2008 at the university's annual Miss UNA Pageant Feb. 2.
As Miss UNA, Saint will promote the platform Saving Lives Together: Supporting the American Red Cross. She is a senior majoring in elementary education.
Other contestants who placed in the pageant were: Erica Ann Murray, of Russe . . .
