BROWNSVILLE, Texas, Oct. 8 -- The University of Texas System Brownsville issued the following news release:
People who have ideas for starting and owning a business are invited to enter the first Rio Grande Valley Business Plan Competition sponsored by The University of Texas at Brownsville and Texas Southmost College and Wells Fargo. Contestants must submit an intent to compete form by Wednesday, Oct. 15.
