BROWNSVILLE, Texas, Oct. 9 -- The University of Texas System Brownsville issued the following news release:
Leaders from The University of Texas at Brownsville and Texas Southmost College and the Brownsville Independent School District formally opened the Brownsville Early College High School on Thursday, Oct. 9.
