FORT COLLINS, Colo., Oct. 21 -- The city of Fort Collins issued the following news release:
The City of Fort Collins and a diverse group of community partners have successfully secured additional funding for FortZED. The New Energy Communities Initiative Grant, from the State of Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) and the Governor's Energy Office (GEO) will contribute $778,000 plus another $3 million in matching funds into the zero energy district's initiatives.
