CHARLESTON, S.C., June 16 -- The Citadel issued the following press release:
The Citadel Board of Visitors has approved an average 8 percent increase in the 2008-2009 comprehensive cost to parents and cadets. The comprehensive, or all-in costs, include tuition and fees, auxiliary fees for room, board, mandatory uniforms and infirmary use.
Auxiliary fees also cover costs for laundry/dry cleaning, books and living expenses, such as haircuts and toiletries for cadets, . . .
