LITTLE ROCK, Ark., Sept. 17 -- The Arkansas Public Service Commission issued the following press release:
The Arkansas Public Service Commission advises all natural gas utility customers to anticipate natural gas bills for the 2008 - 2009 winter heating season to be higher than last winter. The federal Energy Information Administration, in its Short-Term Energy Outlook released in September 2008, indicated that it expected natural gas prices to be between $8.55 per Mcf1 to $9.71 p . . .
