GOSHEN, N.Y., Oct. 21 -- The Orange County Executive issued the following press release:

County Executive Edward A. Diana was joined by Legislative Chairman M. William Lahey, SUNY Orange President Dr. William Richards, Congressman Maurice Hinchey, Senator William Larkin, Newburgh Mayor Nick Valentine, SUNY Vice Chancellor Dr. Dennis Golladay, Philanthropist William Kaplan and others for the ground breaking of the SUNY Orange Newburgh Branch Campus.
