CORVALLIS, Ore., Sept. 9 -- Oregon State University issued the following news release:
Even though it has a reputation for being eternally wet, Oregon faces many water resource challenges, ranging from the impacts of climate change to stream flows, pollution concerns, groundwater protection and many other topics - and it's one of only two western states that does not have a long-term water supply plan.
