HARTFORD, Conn., Feb. 1 -- Connecticut State Senate Democrats issued the following news release:
State Senate President Donald E. Williams, Jr. says there is still time before Gov. Rell's budget address on Wednesday February 6, for her to abandon her ill- conceived property tax cap idea and instead work toward real property tax reform that won't encourage sprawl and damage the quality of life for Connecticut families.
